Correcting a bulbous nose requires more than simply reducing its size. It is crucial to ensure that the nose harmonizes with the entire face, balancing its structure with the patient’s unique facial features.
In this case, we used autologous rib cartilage to provide structural stability and long-term durability. By reinforcing the nasal tip and adjusting the nasolabial angle, we achieved a natural and sophisticated result.
For bulbous nose correction, factors such as the condition of soft tissues, cartilage, and skin thickness play a pivotal role in determining the approach. Additionally, the patient’s surgical history and tissue condition necessitate precise planning to prevent complications or deformities in the future.
6. Closing Remarks
This successful case highlights the importance of structural integrity and tailored aesthetic solutions in rhinoplasty. The patient’s transformation demonstrates that careful planning and a holistic approach can deliver natural, elegant, and long-lasting results.
