The hump nose has a raised part where the nose and cartilage meet. Most of these noses have a high nasal bridge and the tip of the nose is down, thus the nose appears to be long.
As a result, a person with such a nose looks old or unfeminine. Depending on the extent of the raised part, a method of removing or grinding it is used.
