Performed lateral osteotomy to reshape the nasal bones and correct asymmetry.
Improved nasal framework alignment for a well-balanced nasal bridge.

b. Functional Improvement

Used donated rib cartilage to reinforce the nasal structure.
Reconstructed the septal cartilage to strengthen nasal support.
Performed septal extension grafting to improve nasal airflow and tip support.

c. Aesthetic Refinement

Adjusted nasal bridge height using a silicone implant for a refined and natural look.
Created a smooth nasal tip transition for better definition.
