Hello, this is Dr. Cha-Young Kang, Director of Nose Lab Clinic.

Today, I’m sharing the story of a patient who underwent hump removal surgery 20 years ago in the U.S. and a second procedure 6 years ago. Despite previous surgeries, the patient still had a crooked nasal bridge, wide nasal base, and a droopy, bulbous tip. Our goal was to correct these issues and deliver a refined, balanced, and natural result.

This patient presented with residual deformities following hump removal and prior revision surgeries. Through precise lateral osteotomy, rib cartilage grafting, and careful reshaping of the nasal tip, we addressed both functional and aesthetic concerns.

The goal was to maintain natural proportions while achieving a sleek, defined look, without the exaggerated height that can make the nose look artificial. Functional breathing issues were also resolved through septal and turbinate surgery, resulting in both cosmetic satisfaction and improved quality of life.
