Surgical Plan for Columella Narrowing Correction in Korea

This complex case of columella narrowing correction in Korea required a multi-dimensional approach.

Using septal extension with autologous cartilage, we corrected the deviated and narrowed columella

while supporting the drooping nasal tip.

The radix was lowered and the tip reshaped for a softer, more harmonious look.

Functionally, septoplasty and turbinate reduction resolved postnasal drip and nasal blockage.

This patient’s outcome reflects the successful combination of both aesthetic finesse and medical expertise.
