Preoperative Assessment of Short, Small, and Stubby Nose
The patient presented with a short, small, and stubby nose, characterized by low nasal projection and a rounded nasal tip.
From the side view, the tip appeared flat and under-projected due to weak cartilage support.
The goal of this Short, Small, and Stubby Nose Correction was to extend the nasal length and refine the nasal tip while maintaining a natural balance with the facial profile.
Closed Rhinoplasty Surgical Plan for Short, Small, and Stubby Nose Correction
A Closed Rhinoplasty technique was selected to minimize visible scars and swelling while ensuring structural precision.
During surgery, autologous rib cartilage grafting was used to reinforce the weakened nasal framework and lengthen the nasal tip.
By improving Nasal Tip Projection, the overall balance and definition of the nose were enhanced.
This Short, Small, and Stubby Nose Correction focused on both functional reinforcement and natural aesthetic refinement.
Postoperative Results and Natural Tip Projection

Postoperative photos were taken immediately after surgery with the patient’s consent.
After this Short, Small, and Stubby Nose Correction, the nasal tip projection was significantly improved, and the overall profile appeared longer and more refined.
Through Closed Rhinoplasty Korea, a smooth and natural enhancement was achieved without external incision.
The improved nasal line provided better facial harmony while preserving a soft, natural contour.
