Browsing and analytics
The website server processes basic request information to deliver pages and diagnose problems. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and use of contact links. We exclude search terms and URL query parameters from the page addresses we send in these events. Contact message text is not included in these events. When a recognised AI service links you here, analytics can record its service name to help us understand referrals; we do not collect the prompt or conversation.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can change it using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing or contacting the team.
With analytics allowed, this tab can retain an AI service name for up to 30 minutes after your last page visit, so we can connect a referral with a later contact-link click. It expires or is replaced when you arrive from another external source, and is removed when you decline analytics. We also measure page loading, layout stability and responsiveness, along with the location of contact links used. These measurements do not include form contents, message text or AI conversation addresses.
Contacting the team
The enquiry form is provided through Wix and sends the information you enter to the NOSELAB team. WhatsApp and Instagram open their respective services, which apply their own privacy settings and policies. Ask the team how to share medical records or photographs before sending them.
Medical care
Clinical assessment and treatment are provided by the treating medical institution. Ask the team for the privacy information applicable to any medical records, consultation or treatment.
