This patient visited NoseLab Korea to correct a bulbous and wide nose tip, a flat nasal bridge, and a retracted columella.

Because the skin of the nasal tip was thick and the brow bone was prominent, the nasion appeared lower than it actually was.

To refine the bulbous tip and improve projection, Bulbous Nose Correction Korea was performed using subcutaneous tissue resection, cartilage repositioning, and nasal tip three-dimensional reconstruction.

The nasal tip was reshaped using septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, and a 4.5 mm silicone implant was inserted into the nasal bridge to create a balanced height and natural connection from the glabella to the tip.

The left nostril, which was originally larger, was improved by alar cartilage repositioning, reducing asymmetry without performing alar base reduction.

Natural Balance and Improved Proportion after Bulbous Nose Correction Korea

The Bulbous Nose Correction Korea procedure successfully created a balanced nasal height and projection suitable for the patient’s facial features.

The nasolabial angle was corrected to approximately 90 degrees, enhancing the natural flow from the bridge to the nasal tip.

The result is a more defined, harmonious, and natural nose without excessive height or artificial stiffness.

Dr. Kang’s General Review – Aesthetic Harmony through Bulbous Nose Correction Korea

This was a Bulbous Nose Correction Korea case addressing a flat, wide, and bulbous nose with a retracted columella.

The goal was to refine the tip while maintaining structural stability and natural proportions.

Through precise cartilage reshaping and balanced projection control, the surgery achieved a smooth nasal line and a stable result that harmonizes with the face.
