This case presents a correcting hanging nose through closed rhinoplasty performed at NoseLab Plastic Surgery.
The patient presented with a long, hanging nasal tip and a deviated nasal bridge, resulting in imbalance and drooping appearance.
At NoseLab, we performed closed rhinoplasty to correct the hanging nose, refine the nasal bridge, and restore facial harmony.
The procedure was done entirely through internal incisions, ensuring no visible scars.
Closed Rhinoplasty for Hanging Nose, Long Nose, and Deviated Nose Correction
The long and hanging nasal tip was elevated by adjusting the septal support and refining the tip cartilage.
The deviated nasal bridge was straightened to align with the facial midline, improving both appearance and airway balance.
This approach achieved a more natural nasal-labial angle and a shorter, refined nasal length.

Restoring Natural Nasal Balance through Closed Approach
All corrections were performed internally through the closed rhinoplasty technique, avoiding external incisions.
After surgery, the nose appeared shorter, straighter, and more refined, with a naturally elevated nasal tip —
a successful example of correcting hanging nose through closed rhinoplasty.
