This case involves a patient who visited our clinic with concerns about a deviated nose and a prominent columella that made her nose appear overly long, especially in profile. The drooping appearance of the columella disrupted overall facial balance. Surgeon’s Commentary – Why Closed Rhinoplasty Korea Was Key

A long or drooping columella should not be corrected by simple trimming alone. Using autologous rib cartilage provided strong structural support, ensuring long-term stability while maintaining a natural appearance.
