Droopy nose correction was the primary goal in this case, combined with management of a pinched middle vault, a bulbous tip, a high nasal starting point, and nostril asymmetry. Using a closed rhinoplasty approach, we refined the tip and re-balanced the bridge to restore a natural profile without external scars.
Droopy Nose Correction – Preoperative Analysis
The patient presented with a downward-rotated tip (droop), mild pinching of the middle vault, a bulbous and poorly defined tip, a high starting point of the nasal bridge, and asymmetric nostrils. These features produced a heavy appearance and disrupted mid-face harmony, making droopy nose correction essential.
Droopy Nose Correction – Closed Rhinoplasty Surgical Approach
Through internal incisions, the lower lateral cartilages were reshaped to refine the bulbous tip, the tip support was rebuilt to gently elevate rotation and projection, and the bridge starting point was lowered for a softer forehead-to-nose transition. Septal work helped reduce the pinched look and improved symmetry—key steps in effective droopy nose correction.
Droopy Nose Correction – Postoperative Results and Balance
After surgery, the tip sits higher with natural rotation, the bridge flows smoothly, and nostril asymmetry is diminished. The nose now shows cleaner definition and a balanced contour—typical benefits of well-planned droopy nose correction performed via a closed approach.

Droopy Nose Correction – Doctor’s Comment
Subtle structural changes—lifting the droopy tip, refining a bulbous tip, and lowering the starting point—often create the most natural improvement. Closed rhinoplasty enables precise droopy nose correction while preserving an unscarred external appearance.
