This case highlights correcting long nose and nostril asymmetry through closed rhinoplasty, addressing notching deformity and uneven nasal base.

The patient presented with a long nose, nostril asymmetry, and visible notching of the columella, which caused imbalance and sharp nasal-labial transition.

At NoseLab Plastic Surgery, we performed closed rhinoplasty to refine the nasal length, correct the notching nose, and balance both nostrils.

The entire procedure was done internally without any external incisions.

Precise Correction of Long Nose and Nostril Asymmetry through Closed Rhinoplasty

By adjusting the septal support and reconstructing the tip framework, the long nasal tip was lifted to a more proportional position.

At the same time, nostril asymmetry was corrected by equalizing the nasal base and soft tissue alignment.

This achieved a smoother nasal contour and more natural nostril exposure.

Improving Notching Nose and Balancing Nasal Base Proportion

The notching nose deformity at the columella was corrected by reinforcing the internal support and smoothing the transition between the nose and upper lip.

After surgery, the nasal line appeared shorter, more refined, and symmetrically balanced — all achieved through closed rhinoplasty without external scars.
