Preoperative Analysis of Deviated and Small Nose
This patient presented with a slightly deviated nasal bridge and underdeveloped nasal tip, which made the face appear unbalanced.
The goal of this Deviated and Small Nose Correction was to straighten the nasal axis and enhance projection using the patient’s own cartilage.
Surgical Plan for Deviated and Small Nose Correction – Closed Rhinoplasty Korea
Through a Closed Rhinoplasty approach, the deviated septum was corrected, and the nasal framework was reconstructed with autologous rib cartilage to improve both structure and height.
This method provided long-term stability while maintaining a natural nasal line.
Postoperative Results after Deviated and Small Nose Correction
Photos were taken immediately after surgery with the patient’s consent.
The nasal bridge became straight and well-defined, the tip gained natural projection, and overall balance was restored.
