Today, I would like to introduce a case of deviated septum and wide nose correction using autologous rib cartilage. The patient presented with both functional nasal obstruction and cosmetic concerns, including a deviated septum and a broad nasal shape.

1. Initial Evaluation for Deviated Septum and Wide Nose Correction

In this case, both structure and function were successfully restored using autologous rib cartilage.
