Pre-surgery Evaluation for Long and Bulbous Nose

The patient presented with a long nose and bulbous nasal tip, creating a heavy and downward facial impression.

The goal of this Long Nose and Bulbous Tip Correction was to shorten the nasal length, refine the tip contour, and create a natural, elegant nasal line that harmonizes with the overall face.

Surgical Plan for Long Nose and Bulbous Tip Correction

The procedure was performed using a Closed Rhinoplasty approach to avoid external incisions.During the operation, the over-projected nasal tip was rotated slightly upward to shorten the nose length.

The bulbous tip was refined by reshaping the lower lateral cartilage and using autologous rib cartilage for structural support.

By combining Long Nose Correction with Bulbous Tip Correction, the nasal profile became smoother and the tip gained definition without appearing artificial.
