Pre-Surgical Analysis

During the pre-surgery consultation, we observed the following nasal characteristics:

Low nasion with a blunt and wide nasal shape
Nose that appeared short and small compared to facial proportions
Rounded, broad nasal tip and horizontally wide nostrils
Protrusive lips and hidden columella from side view
Nasolabial angle less than 90°

These features made the nose appear disproportionately short and wide for his face.

Surgical Plan for Male Rhinoplasty Korea

Nasal Tip Refinement:
