Patient Background – Bulbous Tip and Long Nose with Asymmetric Columella
The patient presented a bulbous nasal tip, elongated nasal length, and asymmetric columella, which created imbalance in the lower nasal structure.
The goal of this closed rhinoplasty korea was to refine the bulbous tip, shorten the nasal length slightly, and align the columella for natural symmetry between both nostrils.

Surgical Plan and Result – Balanced Refinement through Closed Rhinoplasty Korea
A scarless closed approach was used to reduce bulbosity and redesign nasal proportions.Through delicate cartilage reshaping, the columella alignment and nostril balance were corrected, resulting in a refined and natural nasal contour.Postoperatively, the nasal line appeared smoother, the tip more defined, and the nostrils symmetrical — showcasing the harmony achieved with closed rhinoplasty korea.
NoseLab performs all surgeries using a closed approach.
