Balancing a Flat and Bulbous Nose through Columella Correction


This case shows a patient who underwent columella correction through closed rhinoplasty at NoseLab Seoul.

The patient had a small and flat nose with a bulbous tip and short columella, causing the nose to appear rounded and under-projected.


Using an internal incision only, the columella was corrected and lengthened while refining the nasal bridge and tip shape for improved projection.

This achieved a more defined nasal line and natural height balance without visible scars.
