This case features a correcting deviated nose through closed rhinoplasty, combined with long nose correction and balancing nostril asymmetry.
The patient presented with a deviated nasal bridge, long nose, and uneven nostrils, which caused imbalance in the overall facial symmetry.
At NoseLab Plastic Surgery, we performed correcting deviated nose through closed rhinoplasty to realign the nasal septum, shorten the nasal length, and create balanced nostril exposure.
All corrections were made internally, without any external incision or visible scar.
Precise Correcting Deviated Nose and Long Nose through Closed Rhinoplasty
The deviated nasal septum was repositioned to the facial midline, restoring nasal symmetry.
At the same time, the long nose was corrected by adjusting tip projection and improving the nasal-labial angle for a softer and more proportional appearance.

Balancing Nostril Asymmetry with Correcting Deviated Nose through Closed Rhinoplasty
Correcting deviated nose through closed rhinoplasty also involved refining the nostril base and equalizing soft tissue alignment. This created a smoother nasal base and balanced nostril shape, enhancing both functional and aesthetic harmony.
After surgery, the nasal bridge appeared straighter, the tip position improved, and the nostrils achieved natural symmetry — all through the closed rhinoplasty technique.
