5. Expert Perspective
This case required a combination of structural reconstruction and aesthetic refinement. Significant cartilage loss from previous surgeries necessitated the use of autologous rib cartilage for reliable reconstruction. The patient’s desire for a Westernized yet natural appearance was achieved by prioritizing balance and proportion in the nasal design.
