Preoperative Assessment for Deviated and Pointy Nose Correction

The patient presented with a deviated nasal bridge and a sharp, pointed nasal tip, giving the face an asymmetric and tense appearance.

A detailed preoperative evaluation was performed to analyze the degree of deviation and the over-projection of the nasal tip.

The goal of this Deviated and Pointy Nose Correction was to straighten the nasal axis and soften the excessively sharp tip for a more natural balance.

Closed Rhinoplasty Surgical Plan for Deviated and Pointy Nose Correction

The surgery was performed using a Closed Rhinoplasty approach, minimizing visible scars while allowing precise correction.

During this Deviated and Pointy Nose Correction, the deviated septal cartilage was repositioned to the midline, and the nasal tip, which was excessively narrow and tense, was refined using autologous cartilage grafting.

By addressing both Nasal Deviation Correction and Pointed Tip Refinement, the nasal structure was restored to symmetry and stability.

The use of autologous cartilage helped maintain long-term support and a natural contour of the nose.
