Preoperative Analysis for Deviated and Upturned Nose Correction
The patient presented with a deviated nasal bridge and an upturned nasal tip, causing facial asymmetry and excessive nostril exposure.
This deformity was likely due to weakened septal cartilage from previous procedures.
The main goal of the Deviated and Upturned Nose Correction was to realign the nasal bridge and reconstruct the upturned tip for a balanced and natural nasal line.
Closed Rhinoplasty Surgical Approach and Cartilage Reinforcement
The procedure was performed through a Closed Rhinoplasty Korea technique to minimize external scarring while maximizing structural precision.
During surgery, the Nasal Deviation Correction was achieved by repositioning the septum to the midline.
Autologous cartilage grafts were used to lower the excessively upturned nasal tip (Upturned Tip Reconstruction) and provide long-term stability.
Through this method, both cosmetic refinement and functional improvement were achieved without visible incisions.
Postoperative Result and Natural Nasal Line Restoration

Postoperative photos were taken immediately after surgery with the patient’s consent.
After Deviated and Upturned Nose Correction, the nasal bridge appeared straight,
nostril exposure was reduced, and the nasal tip achieved a natural downward angle.
Through Closed Rhinoplasty Korea, both structure and function were restored harmoniously.
