[Nose Lab Clinic]

Hello, this is Dr. Cha-Young Kang, Chief Surgeon at Nose Lab Clinic.

Today, I'm sharing a case of a patient who underwent revision rhinoplasty using donated rib cartilage to correct a crooked nose and improve nasal obstruction caused by severe septal deviation. The patient also had previous nasal fillers removed during surgery.

6. Expert Insights

This case highlights the effectiveness of donated rib cartilage rhinoplasty for patients with severe septal deviation, nasal asymmetry, and chronic obstruction.

By addressing both structural and functional issues, the surgery achieved long-term stability, improved breathing, and natural aesthetics.

Additionally, removing previous fillers helped create a smoother, more predictable result.
