As the year-end approaches, many patients visit us for consultations and surgeries. Amid the busy season, I document and share meaningful surgical cases to guide others. This case involves a patient dissatisfied with the results of fat grafting and thread lifting. It highlights the limitations of thread lifting and effective solutions.

Endoscopic Findings:

  • Left septal deviation.

  • Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy.

  • Septal deviation with obstruction.

  • Hypertrophic rhinitis causing chronic nasal symptoms.
