This patient visited our clinic seeking a remove thread rhinoplasty after multiple thread lift procedures had caused nasal tip stiffness and uneven skin texture.


Through a closed rhinoplasty approach, we carefully removed the embedded threads and reconstructed the nasal framework without visible scars.

The main surgical goal of this remove thread rhinoplasty was to refine the bulbous nasal tip, elevate the flat bridge, and enhance the overall nasal definition.
