Hello, this is Dr. Cha-Young Kang, Director of Nose Lab Clinic.

Today, I want to share a case of Thread Lift Removal Rhinoplasty, where the patient suffered from discomfort and aesthetic dissatisfaction after a thread lift procedure performed at a traditional Korean medicine clinic. At Nose Lab, we addressed these complications through comprehensive surgical correction.

Initial Findings in Thread Lift Removal Rhinoplasty

The patient presented with:

  • Mild nasal obstruction

  • Residual 20–30 threads from previous thread lift

  • Aesthetic dissatisfaction due to long philtrum and protruding lips

  • Unnatural nasal shape
