Hello, this is Dr. Cha-Young Kang, Director of Nose Lab Clinic.

This case demonstrates the importance of proper bulbous tip correction after minor non-surgical procedures like Hiko threads or fillers. These treatments can leave behind aesthetic imbalance and structural issues if not properly planned.

By removing all foreign materials and using autologous cartilage, we achieved soft, feminine refinement while preserving the patient’s desired natural look. Most importantly, her breathing and nasal function improved significantly.

👉 At Nose Lab, all surgeries are performed using the closed (scarless) rhinoplasty approach.
