Patient Background – Contracted and Short Nose after Previous Surgery

The patient presented a contracted nose from previous surgery, combined with a short nasal length and visible notching along the nostrils.

The goal of this closed rhinoplasty korea was to release contracted tissue, lengthen the columella, and reconstruct nasal structure using autologous costal cartilage.
