This case features a correcting bulbous nose through closed rhinoplasty combined with columella lengthening and reshaping a depressed nasal structure.

The patient presented with a broad, bulbous nasal tip and a flattened middle vault, along with a short columella that caused a dull and heavy appearance.

At NoseLab Plastic Surgery, we performed closed rhinoplasty to refine the bulbous tip, extend the columella, and elevate the depressed nasal bridge for a smoother, balanced contour.

All corrections were performed internally, avoiding any external incision or visible scar.

Precise Correcting Bulbous Nose through Closed Rhinoplasty and Columella Lengthening

The bulbous nasal tip was corrected by refining the tip cartilage structure and narrowing the nasal dome for better definition.

Columella lengthening provided improved tip projection, creating a smoother transition between the nasal tip and upper lip while maintaining natural facial balance.

Reshaping Depressed Nose with Correcting Bulbous Nose through Closed Rhinoplasty

A correcting bulbous nose through closed rhinoplasty approach was used to reinforce the depressed nasal area with cartilage grafts.

This internal reconstruction enhanced nasal stability, improved bridge height, and created a balanced contour.

After surgery, the nose appeared slimmer, longer, and more refined — achieving complete harmony and proportion through closed rhinoplasty.
