Preoperative Analysis of Crooked Nose Deformity

The patient presented with a crooked nasal bridge and asymmetrical nostrils, resulting from previous trauma.

A crooked nose can cause both aesthetic and functional issues, such as nasal obstruction or uneven tip alignment.

The goal of this surgery was to straighten the nasal framework and restore facial symmetry while maintaining a natural appearance.

Surgical Plan and Techniques for Crooked Nose Correction

The surgery was performed using a Closed Rhinoplasty technique to avoid external incisions.Septal deviation was corrected, and the nasal bones were realigned symmetrically.

Damaged or deviated cartilage was reshaped and stabilized with autologous cartilage grafts to maintain long-term balance and durability.

This approach allows for minimal scarring while achieving precise alignment of the nasal bridge and tip.

After the Crooked Nose Correction, the nasal axis was restored, and overall facial symmetry was improved.

Patients with nasal deviation often require both functional correction and aesthetic refinement, which are effectively achieved through Closed Rhinoplasty.
