Today, I’ll share a real case of nostril deformity correction in a patient who received an illegal injection at an unlicensed skin clinic in Gangnam 20 years ago.

💉 Surgical Process – Nostril Deformity Correction

Step 1 – Foreign Substance Removal

• Complete removal of injected material

• Cleaning and debridement of damaged tissue

Step 2 – Rib Cartilage Reconstruction

• Rebuilt nasal framework with autologous rib cartilage

• Reconstructed alar cartilage and nasal septum

The foreign material had severely distorted the left nostril and columella, causing visible asymmetry and narrowing.

We prioritized complete foreign body removal, followed by structural reconstruction using rib cartilage. The outcome was a natural, elegant result that avoided an artificial or overly narrow appearance.
