Preoperative Analysis of Upturned Nose and Asymmetric Nostrils

This patient presented with an upturned nasal tip and nostril asymmetry due to scar contracture and previous implant use.

The excessive exposure of both nostrils caused imbalance in facial harmony.

The goal of this Upturned Nose and Asymmetric Nostrils Correction was to reconstruct the nasal tip and equalize nostril shape for a natural appearance.

Surgical Plan for Upturned Nose and Asymmetric Nostrils Correction – Closed Rhinoplasty Korea

A Closed Rhinoplasty approach was used to minimize scarring and maintain natural nasal function.

After removing the previous silicone implant, autologous rib cartilage was sculpted to support the nasal tip and lower the columella.

The alar base was adjusted to achieve symmetry, completing the Upturned Nose and Asymmetric Nostrils Correction in a single-stage operation.
