Surgical Plan – Carina-Style Feminine Rhinoplasty Using Rib Cartilage

1. Removal of Foreign Materials All previous silicone and dermal grafts were removed, and distorted soft tissues were refined.

2. Partial Septal Reconstruction with Autologous Rib Cartilage Used the patient’s own rib cartilage to rebuild the septum for long-term structural stability.

3. Nasal Tip and Columella Elevation The nasal tip and columella were elevated to achieve a smooth, three-dimensional contour while correcting nostril exposure.
