Pre-surgery Evaluation and Design for Deviated Nose Correction
The patient presented with a deviated nasal bridge and a drooping nasal tip, which caused both functional and aesthetic concerns.
The main surgical goal was to realign the nasal axis, lift the droopy tip, and create a balanced profile that complements the facial symmetry.
This type of Deviated Nose Correction often requires careful cartilage remodeling to ensure long-term stability and prevent re-deviation.
Surgical Plan for Deviated and Droopy Nose Correction
The surgery was performed through a Closed Rhinoplasty approach, avoiding any external incisions. The deviated nasal bone and septal cartilage were straightened, and autologous rib cartilage was used to reinforce weakened structural areas. To address the droopy nose, the nasal tip was lifted and reshaped to form a natural, upward angle.
During this Deviated and Droopy Nose Correction, functional airway improvement was also achieved by repositioning the septum, ensuring both aesthetic and breathing enhancement.
Post-surgery Results and Review

Photos were taken immediately after surgery with the patient’s consent.
Frontal view: Straightened nasal axis and improved symmetry
45° and side views: Natural nasal tip elevation and smoother bridge line
Basal view: Balanced nostrils and improved tip projection
After the operation, the patient’s nasal line appeared smoother and more harmonious. The Deviated Nose Correction successfully restored alignment, while the Droopy Nose Correction refined the nasal tip angle and enhanced the overall facial proportion.
