This was a highly complex revision rhinoplasty case with over 20 years of accumulated scar tissue, deformity, and structural loss.
Through Contracted Nose Reconstruction using rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and dermal grafts, we achieved a stable, natural, and functional nasal structure.
The patient reported significant improvement in nasal airflow and nighttime breathing.
