In this case, the primary goal was to transform a wide, blunt nasal appearance into a refined and elegant shape. The patient specifically desired a glamorous nose with bold definition, so we focused on creating a structured and stylish nasal line with suitable height and projection.
We used autologous rib cartilageย to extend the septum, enabling better projection and nasolabial angle correction. From the front view, narrowing the nasal width and enhancing the tip gave the nose a much slimmer look. We also addressed columella retraction to improve overall sophistication, and adjusted the nostril shape and alar base for symmetry and proportion.
This surgery successfully combined both structure and style for a balanced, upscale aesthetic that aligned with the patientโs goals.
